Something I wanted to mention, I feel as though recognition shouldn't be the biggest focus when it comes to playing. I'd personally prefer to use someone I enjoy and get minimal recognition rather than just appealing to the masses. It's all your choice in the end.

And that's understandable. My best advice is to just use who you enjoy above anything else. The whole point of Smash Bros or any game really is to just have fun, not to do as others say and stress yourself out depending on your actions in the game.

If you're not having fun with any game that you're playing, that's not healthy. You've gravitated towards Lucas for a reason, because he as a character makes you happy, and you've enjoyed playing him for over 10 years. So what if he doesn't appeal to the masses, he's who you've-
