Take as much time as you need away from Lucas. He's always there. I hope you enjoy yourself with Link and I think you have really good potential with both characters!
If I’m honest playing Lucas makes me unhappy because I feel like I’ll never catch up to everyone I look up to. Playing Link completely rids that anxiety I think I just am too focused on being the best Lucas and too obsessed with the character to play him with a healthy mindset

That’s why I dropped peach. I would get way too upset any time I dropped a combo knowing the character is super technically demanding. I was beating myself before the opponent had a chance and I felt like I was constantly fighting an uphill battle. Do what you feel is healthier.
