Just curious but how long did this take for you to make? I’m trying to get into home cooking and it takes me a while to make one type of food so I was wondering if there were any good ways of making a more diverse plate without taking a really long time
Including the chicken baking this only took about an hour! While it was in the oven I cooked my squash and peppers and rice on the stovetop and it was done before I knew it.

Here’s a tip: with meat, especially chicken, you want to make sure it stays moist. Rub some seasoned butter under the skin and that’ll keep it moist while it cooks. I add lots of seasonings to my food becaude I love it hot.
