I don't see why every tournament can't just have an enforced hygene rule and then nobody can make this joke anymore.
We wouldn’t have the joke to make in the first place if people worked on personal hygiene 
I get there is a certain amount of smell you can’t help but washing your ass and wearing deodorant is a start
