You've gotta. It's not easy but telling yourself you're bad when you're not actually does nothing but hinder your performance overall.
I’m making a huge promise to myself to never say the words “I’m free” or “I’m bad” or “I can’t do it” again. They take huge toll on my mentality. If I’m gonna get serious about improving I have to cut the negativity out entirely. Time to believe in my success.
