Telling myself I was the best player for a character in my state didn’t make it true. I’m really just a 1-2 wonder if I’m honest with myself. Yeah I mean I do better than that usually at tournaments but realistically I’m kind of a nobody even if I don’t want to believe it

I feel like the mentality I used to have is what was really pushing my improvement and sometimes I wish I still had it but knowing that I don’t deserve all the credit I get just gets painful. It’s rough knowing people think you’re a joke
It's good to keep your skill level in reality but make sure you are realistic in your self worth. Just because you dont lead the meta doesnt mean you cant eventually do it or be a strong contestant in the meta. Shouldnt say you are nothing dont go negative say you arent there yet
Thanks. I appreciate the encouraging words a lot. That is a good way to look at it and I wish I could feel good enough. I get decent results and I know I’m not free. I just am not good enough for my standards. Being unfair to yourself is a bad habit idk how to break
You're not a nobody. You're far from a nobody. You've always been a great player, and even if you feel as though you aren't, improvements will always be made over time, and we're all here to support you through whatever happens, no matter what. You deserve the best. 
you aren't a nobody in the slightest. just cus someone may have a less than stellar run every once and a while doesnt make them a "nobody" or anything like that. you're a bright and shining icon for our community of sunflower children no matter what your bracket runs look like.
You're not gonna find any kind of success if you continue to think you're a nobody. There are players that look up to you who wanna be like you, and you need to be that role model they know and love.
