As much as I appreciate all of the support I feel guilty so much of the time because people look up to me and think I’m a lot better than I really am for whatever reason and it makes me feel kind of shitty sometimes if I’m honest with myself
I’ve never even made it out of pools at a major. I go 1-2 and 2-2 if I’m lucky at most regionals and I don’t have any notable wins. Yes I’m hard on myself often but it’s hard not to be when you know you don’t really deserve as much support as you get
Sorry to get real on main I just think about this a lot. I have a lot of doubt and guilt constantly festering and needed to get it off my chest
There's no need to feel guilty. Even if you may not see it, you're a great player, and always will be! Even so, you'll keep improving with every step, and we're all here to support you through whatever happens!
No one is a perfect player, but that doesn't mean in the slightest that you're bad! You deserve all of the praise that you get, and even if you didn't play, you deserve praise alone for always being a caring and respectful person!
