Do you think eating healthier & working out improve your performance/mindset? I’ve seen what I believe is a noticeable difference in myself, but I want to hear other opinions. Is it placebo effect, or do esports require you to nourish your body like regular sports? 💪🏻🍎

It definitely does. A lot of people get that 'rush' from physical exercise too and that alone helps improve your motivation and mood! I can speak from experience that it often helps me get back up from a bad day, it overall does a lot of good for your body.

Eating healthier and working out 100% help with your performance and mindset. A healthier body = a healthier mindset. Your body having sufficient nutrients helps your decision making and is a key part to staying ahead of the game.

I can answer this based on my own research when I was in high school! Short answer: Yes Long answer: Kinda, regular sports do require more carbs/protein to keep up with the physical strain, however eating well and exercising does help with esports!

just like any sport, your physical health is incredibly important I've heard people improving based on diet/daily workout routine in FGC games, wizzrobe got a nutritionist and started jogging before tournaments when he was on the come up

Based on what I've learned in the past, it most likely would. Eating healthier and working out can be able to exercise your hands, and possibly help with hand-eye-coordination for better reaction time when looking at another player's actions.

I started working out and have an extreme passion for looking after my body, of course snacks aren’t non-existant and I’m trying vegan style foods. Neither styles of food will last forever in my diet, but it helped me watch my calories and perform better at the gym
