Hesistant on Ness, not going to main him just because he’s a Mother character. Don’t vote him if that’s your reason. Looking solely at covering Lucases bad MUs and who’s most beneficial to them

Def Pikachu. I think the hardest matchup for us that he wont cover is Peach but I dont see many matchups you cant cover with that combo

I'd personally say solo Lucas so you can be able to still build up skill for him, but if I had to vote for a secondary to use, I'd say Lucas and Pit.

I played Ness/Lucas for the first few months and got solid results in state and a few oos, but eventually I switched to primarily Ness/ZSS because of how bad Ness/Lucas combo was against swords They're fun and different but they don't cover each other's bad match ups at all imo
