Update: took some ibuprofen and I’m feeling better. It’s definitely still there but I’m going to keep an eye on it. Thanks for all the support and advice.

Another update: the pain is still there and fleeting a bit. I have a cough now but it’s mild. Still a bit worried but if it’s getting better and not worse, surely it should be ok.
