I am complaining, but just because I’m complaining doesn’t mean that I don’t still seek advice. Jane could have given me a more constructive reply like “we’ll have you tried x instead? He isn’t broken, maybe you’re just having issues. I can help you with the MU”

the whole point of her tweets is that shes annoyed with people complaining so why would you feel the need to come into the thread and complain anyways, you can seek advice without being needlessly negative

I wasn’t trying to be negative, I stated an opinion and it was that I personally believe arsene is broken. The point is that she made a post saying she wanted to help so people wouldn’t complain. I talked about why I believe it and she was passive aggressive instead of helping.
