Lucas way too high. He should be high C tier. Doc should also be C tier. I don’t personally think YL belongs in S tier, not that many characters in general. Luigi is way too low, he’s great. DDD and Belmonts are also way too high. There’s more but I don’t want to ramble on

Lucas has perfectly fine reasons to be there especially considering how much tools he has to trumps those below him while also having those same tools that allows him to have some chance against those above him.

He just doesn’t have any results at all. There isn’t a region that has a top player who’s a Lucas. I don’t think he’s /bad/. I think he’s very okay. And that’s fine. He’s got some good stuff but he’s definitely a solid mid tier

I think C is pretty mid! But maybe I’m giving too much credit?? I don’t think so. I think he’s definitely top of C tier, I think even in the right hands he could even be bottom of B tier. Just not top. God, I wish.
