In light of recent events, I believe it’s time to spread a bit of positivity to counter this nonsense. So guys: name something wonderful that’s happened to you because of Smash! Meeting a friend, growing confidence in yourself, anything! 
I suppose I’ll start!
I met my amazing boyfriend @koterfgc through the community, along with so many incredible friends I couldn’t do without now. It’s influenced where I’ll be living within the year, and I love my main of 11 years with all my heart! There’s so much! 
The Laffy scene took me from a kid whose parents refused to let him travel and sucked at smash, and in a year had me on loca PR, traveling out of city to try to be a state PR threat, and going to majors in Florida and Texas. I owe a lot to the LA scene :)
