I’m having a really hard time right now so thank you for telling me this. Rin it’s people like you that keep me going when I’m ready to give up. I keep you in my mind during bracket

It'd probably help your bracket anxiety if you can identify and then isolate the source of that anxiety. (Ex: usually "fear of losing")
-
It’s not the fear of losing that bothers me. If I lose, I walk away from the set at least with more experience and knowing that I’m a better player than I came. I always try to ask for advice when I can.

I think a thing about it is your anxiety kicks in because you know you have bracket anxiety. It's easy to spend the whole time at a tournament to go "Oh crap I hope I don't get nervous, man this guy looks really good, I hope I don't lose, what if I lose, fuckfuckfuck" (1/??)
-
It happened to me a lot in smash 4. I think going to more tournaments and trying to worry less about your results and more about improving is all that matters. You'll always worry if your goal is like.. making top 8. (2/??)

This also happens to me sometimes but I just tell myself not to worry about, that it's just another tournament, more will come, and then listen to some lofi or something to calm myself down lol
