I was 13 years old when I played Brawl the night it released. The moment I saw this sad little face during Subspace it was over for me; I’ve played him ever since. Happy anniversary to Brawl, and to maining this sweet boy. 11 years hasn’t even seemed that long, if I’m honest

A few months later, @ClydeMandelin released the fan translation for Mother 3 and I played for the first time. That only strengthened my love for this character and the series even more. A lot fell into place at once and my dedication hasn’t changed a bit since then!
It was true to how he began his adventure in Mother 3.
When I first found out about Lucas I wasn’t excited, because everyone thought Ness had been removed from the game. Turns out we were wrong, thankfully. But I never expected to grow so attached.
brawl is a game that means a lot to me.
A lot of people hate the game, but it introduced me further to MOTHER. I have loved lucas since and I have never stopped! it's so cool to watch lucas stay strong, no matter what game he's present in!!

, ever since I saw Lucas’ sad face in brawl I always played as him and I kept him in my heart for Brawl, Smash 4, and Ultimate. I’m glad that Nintendo did add Lucas in super smash or else I wouldn’t know about him.
Brawl also gave me an introduction to Lucas’ game and Mother 3 has forever been my favorite game. I am proud to be a Lucas main

God, Subspace is so nostalgic. I was 7 when I fought Porky and he scared the shit outta me. Interesting that over 10 years later, Lucas became one of my favorite characters in gaming.
