Super dead honest, you wont shake those nerves like that. Those nerves are fear of your own failure and they will mess you up. Best way to shake them is to look back at your oldest videos and start appreciating how far youve come. Be proud and go into a match proud. HHIG

Something that really helps me alot is being with my friends, talk to them too. You can also ease bracket anxiety by checking bracket only once, not many times per hour or per day, maybe drink some water too on the way there
