Does anyone have any suggestions to ease tourney anxiety? I get so anxious in bracket sometimes that I choke. It’s been my greatest downfall, and I worry that it’s going to hinder me from growing as a player. Any tips would be appreciated!

I sometimes listen to music, and when that isn't working for me I just try and shut everything out that isn't the game, because that's what I need to be focusing on. I still get nervous at times and my hands will shake during matches but over time it gets better.

Everyone experience is different but some some universal ideas I've found: 1) Music 2) Breathing exercises (3 deep full breaths>3 normal slows the heart) 3) Remember they have nerves too. If you start a comeback, will their confidence waiver? Imagine if you feel it, they do too
