Can't you report the person ?
They haven’t done anything wrong as far as twitter standards are concerned unfortunately

If it's dms then expose the person and if it's replies the same can be done , don't hide on a platform because of one person . If you can't report the person then you can damn well expose them .

It’s not on twitter sadly. I don’t have any interest in exposing anyone, I just want them to leave me alone .
