No part of the rule specifies it has to be part of the conference presentation, only the conference stream.
The word conference is right there in the 1st rule, and nothing anywhere states "conference stream." "On Sunday" just excludes 4 conferences

Pertains to them conferences would include anything streamed as part of the conference broadcast.
