@KyleBosman@jeff_games24 Before you do Rock Tunnel they expect you to do Diglett's Cave which is by the S.S. Anne & leads to where Flash is -
@KyleBosman@jeff_games24 The cave walls are visible so you can do it without Flash in case you haven't caught enough Pokémon to get Flash.
