Yeah the thing that GRRM worked on is called Meow Wolf, which is in Santa Fe, but LA has a lot of cool weird escape rooms at least. Worth googling and then picking a theme you like

There’s one in Hollywood called the “Escape Hotel” it has 12 different horror themed escape rooms in it
