Daughter loves to watch me play games (some she shouldn’t).while in deepnest I came upon a grub mimic who attacks when you try to free it. She was used to grubs being an innocent collectible that when it attacked it made us both shriek and made her feel betrayed.

Left an impression on her since the rest of the day (for example while in the car) she would start telling me a story about the Faker of Darkness. She apparently named it such because I screamed “Faker” when it attacked me. She apparently knows how and why it was laying in wait
