I heard it can also demonitze because of certain things people use as tags for videos maybe change some of them around a bit might help I’m not sure though

Yea, I've heard that too, but our tags are so incredibly safe I have no idea what I'd change. You'd think some way of marking a channel "safe" would exist on their side, we have 500+ vids and none have been upheld as unsuitable, is that not enough evidence for them?

Apparently the way it works is their robots scrub through the audio and if it finds things it doesn't like it flags it as inappropriate. I can request manual review and 100% of the time they allow it our vids, but it kills the video's reach to viewers. It's very frustrating.

I am so very sorry. You all's videos were some of my very first Japan binge watching ones a few years back. You both are totally awesome and so wholesome in your videos I can't possibly see any issues that would demonitize them. Sometimes YouTube pisses me off! It is not fair.

Yea, I gotta say, if I don't just ignore the constant stream of absurd stuff YouTube does it is very hard to stay motivated. Like, I just want to make videos and want people who want to see them get to see them, but somehow that's really hard. Hahaha

that sucks. With the changes I lost partnership due to less than 1k subs. Didn't matter I have 140k hours view in last 365 days either.
-
Wow, awesome viewership hours. Bummer you lost partnership status. I wonder if that will affect your channel's growth. Wouldn't it be nice if they'd explain that? Sigh.
