Could you be more specific, please? Concerned that mention of 'energy networks' implies you're still concentrating on electricity, and ignoring demand-side efficiency, retrofits and heat pumps.
We can’t decarbonise energy usage until there is control over how electricity cos are operating. Overcharging puts customers into debt. Cheaper to heat with oil and wood . British Gas cancelled all my meter readings in the last 3 yrs. legal control over charging is needed.
A local dump in your borough ran 130 million pounds over budget based on the theory of un proven technology taken waste and turning it into energy to sell back to the grid. Imagine how that money would have helped the community who opposed it from the start.

I gave up at point 5. Clearly the author has no clue about the physics behind the infrared co2 greenhouse effect. Claiming it's just a theory is disingenuous, and proves the author's obvious and idiotic bias.
