Can't work on process improvement tasks because the process for getting me access to things I'm supposed to fix is broken.

Pro tip: there's a difference between 6:30am and 6:30pm. Also: why on earth are we still using 12-hour times *anywhere* in the technical world?

tragically misinterpreted, or gone/done tragically wrong Example: The team spent 1 month breaking the project down into 1200 detailed user stories, estimated in ideal days, with pixel perfect mocks ... “that’s !”

A backlog with more than 100 items isn't a backlog. It's a dumping ground of lost causes, forgotten dreams, thought bubbles and good intentions; and the only inherent value in it is that it allows you to avoid coming to terms with your own limits.
