I'd like to get a deeper look at the prospect of nuclear Weapons in a Post-Split America. I assume the Red kept the most with Norfolk (Sea), Barksdale (Air) and Cheyenne (Land). But I imagine the Blue has difficulty maintaining a Triad (funding, competency and liberalism).
