is this including the frames of releasing shield? so as an example if I shield a fair/bair/dair on my shield, let go of shield, I can punish as snake with my frame 4 ftilt?

No just til the end of stun so if u dropping shield u might as well add that 11 in there

I'm pretty sure fall speed and jump hight have no effect how much shield stun an areial will put on a shield
