Random thoughts today, and curious what others think. When looking to join a team, especially smaller ones (because not all of us can be on the big, super well-known teams) what do you look for most? If a team only has one, but not the one wanted, do you still consider it?
I would join mostly for the team itself. As I am still looking for one myself, for me the team excluding a monetary value… It also means a solid playgroup for practicing and crafting your own mastery. *If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.*

I like your point. My first ever team had no teammates, but their community was very supportive. It was difficult to grow as a player, but I started getting social on events and be more active on twitter. I managed to make some great friends that are always open for pracc/advice.
