I feel like if she didn't they'd use it to claim she's "weaponising her large audience against them" and make her out to be a villain for it. They don't deserve the courtesy, but they'll villainise her even more if she blasts them.

THIS is what they mean by free speech. It was always a scam and is what they always fight to protect, their ability to use slurs. That’s not free speech, it’s hate speech, used with the sole intent of hurting someone. Liars, con artists, and abusers, perpetuating systemic racism.
