You insist there's systemic discrimination but we don't get to see the individual cases. Do they even exist? Show us. Pinpointing discrimination doesn't fit your narrative, though. You're not doing anyone any favors with this and nobody is signing away their rights. Jesus H.

Every where I've worked we were not allowed to talk about how much we were making. It made it hard to know what was fair. If you live paycheck to paycheck there is not room to negotiate, you take what you can find. It should be fair for ALL willing to work for a living & family.
