I am sure that this law is going to be struck down by the Supreme court of the U.S or some other legal body that does such a thing. But this law is awful and only shows the sick mindset of the Christian fundamentalists in the U.S.

They obviously think they can get this law upheld in SCOTUS. But I think Anthony Kennedy will go w/ his libertarian tendencies and vote to uphold Roe v Wade.

In most of Europe abortion is illegal after 12 weeks. Socialist countries like Germany that are pretty advanced. That's because by 12 weeks it's a Baby. You can argue about 6 weeks but there has to be some limit and probably 12 weeks is the maximum that should be easily allowed
