Correct. And as long as this isn’t about money (which I assumed it was) and is instead about partnership & incorporating concrete steps to ensuring this doesn’t happen to anyone based on race, disability, religion ever again, great.

All people who get denied using restrooms at food establishments (those by law that are required to provide bathrooms) should already have their phone OUT and video recording while asking an employee to use the restroom, they should know this will be shared if denied... (cont.)

For disabled ppl, hopefully someone will accompany if they cannot record in their own.
