Maybe their parent was not teach them as well? In my high school most Mexican get troubles all time. My nephew are mix black and white never get trouble because white mother teach him as good boy for years. My nephew are so sweet man today. He got great a job and best grades

That's not how this works. The reason Blk/latinx children are treated poorly by schools is because the education system is biased against them, invests less in them & punishes them for behaviors that white/wealthy children are not punished for. There are many studies on this

In Boston, the Charter Schools suspend CoC 5-10X more often that the TPS. The "no excuses" model and whatever "innovations" those Charters are using are clearly civil rights violations. DeVos will roll-back all of the guidance on reducing these practices.
