*Reduced* chance of bias, especially bias towards historically less-powerful parts of society. There are other benefits as well, such as the immense power of role models. Nothing is ever perfect, but don't let that stop us from improving & seeing how close we can get.

That's what the LSAT was designed for, to keep us out of the system. Most blacks can't afford a study course; thus don't get a score good enough to get into law school. As a result we lack power in the system and are underrepresented.
