Transgender students are subject to discrimination, bullying and harassment. Support from the US Dept of Education is often their only recourse. DeVos's action today makes clear her hostility to protecting the civil rights of all students. We condemn this move. @LawyersComm

What civil rights? Are you out of your damn mind? It's the teacher and the school's job to make sure they don't get bullied, discriminated against, or harassed. I highly doubt using a bathroom of their choice will change that
