3/ The resurgence of debtors’ prisons across US entraps poor people, too many of whom are African American or minority, in a cycle of escalating debt and unnecessary incarceration. It also destroys public confidence in the criminal justice system. We must end #DebtorsPrisons now.

The problem is that this Slavery tactic is attacking the disenfranchised, and misinformed. Black robed illusion and it is unconstitutional. It states in every State and fed constitution that, no ex fact laws shall be passed. No bill of attainder.
