if he put 50 negroes in those positions i wouldnt be heartened by it because its a blackface.. i know what he had his support stand for..

I worked in an office where all the black men and the only woman were all placed on one shift. When it was reported, they put one white man on that shift to show that it isn't racist or discrimination. We had a token White Male and it was considered acceptable.
