It's a crime that they have to wait on such a long line.

Today is the last day. Early in-person voting has been going on since 14Dec. In most cases, wait time was between 5-30mins. Max time I saw was 2hrs(that's too much). Cobb has had one of the lower turn-outs during early voting. This line makes sense.

good lord. the longest i've ever had to wait to vote here in canada is about 15 minutes. america really has a voter-suppression problem

Sad thing is most of us Americans won’t see this as a problem, they’ll just think “oh that’s a long line, must mean there’s lots of enthusiasm!” without acknowledging the real issue :/

Why do Americans have to wait in such huge lines in order to participate in democracy? To some, this looks like democracy. To me, it looks like voter suppression. Voting should be the easiest thing that you do all year. But the GOP does not want us to vote, so here we are.

The good news is these committed voters are in line 30 minutes BEFORE the poll actually opened. So the line will likely move efficiently once the poll is open. Hope this give context to the line situation.
