The 10 Army posts to be renamed: Camp Beauregard & Fort Polk in LA Fort Benning & Fort Gordon in GA Fort Bragg in NC Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Lee & Fort Pickett in VA Fort Rucker in AL Fort Hood in TX. Most of these Confederate names were installed in the Jim Crow era.

Sadly, we don't overspend on military (as a percentage of GDP), we just underspend on everything else so it looks way overblown.
The National Defense Authorization Act will next head to the Senate, where it is also expected to pass with bipartisan support, though it is not yet clear if it will similarly reach a veto-proof majority in the chamber.
Does that mean, even if Trump vetoes the bill, I won't need to go back for an override?
