That’s ridiculous. Even if it doesn’t matter. I wish we could get rid of the electoral college. We need to. This nightmare is sure to happen again.

Does it mean that? I would think that unless a court has enjoined the State from certifying or the electors from meeting, they have met the safe harbor provisions.
Congress should, but is there any doubt they won’t or even can no accept their votes?
Read the article. BOTH chambers have to agree not to accept them. Who holds the lower chamber?
And those electors were still chosen on Election Day.
