There is nothing normal about this. The Repub Party seeks impossible briefing deadlines, says skip oral argument and wants Court to decide case on the briefs. This case arises under *state* law and was resolved by the state’s highest court. Their motives could not be clearer.
There will be more of this over the next few weeks and months. I still think Trump will try to postpone the election and ask the Court to allow him to stay in office past Jan. 20th.
Is there a loop hole that they have found? Would having Barrett in give them a better chance of winning the election by throwing out or voiding votes from certain electoral districts? Something just does not add up. There is something fishy with all of it.
They have an obvious plan. The only way to prevent the malarkey/shenanigans vote in overwhelming numbers and prevent a close election.
