This whole confirmation process is a joke. SCOTUS nominees don't answer questions anymore. The senators should cont to hammer on her past votes and her written remarks and ask, "What would make us believe you'd vote as a justice differently that your written/stated opinions?"
The EEOC v Autozone case is a devastating employment discrimination decision that Amy Coney Barrett refused to rehear. Here, the employer made job assignments based on race --assigning a Black employee to the south side of Chicago. Barrett should have voted to rehear this case.

Wish someone would ask her how she would feel if she was holding one of her kids and someone came up and ripped it out of her arms and ran off. What would she feel at that instant? Could she relate to how immigrant women felt to live that horror?
