Could this backfire in a court fight after the election???
I tend to agree with the opposite here. Trump is going to push for the narrative of leading on election night and then fighting everything else in court. While this is Indiana, we need to vote now and not worry about being last minute.
Big win! I just learned about this at poll worker training. Does this ruling include ballots dropped off at a polling place? Seems like no and those still have to be in hand by Noon 11/3 (though we could obvs send them to post office now!)
Why don’t they accept them for drop off until when the polls close?
This is very important. Republicans would try to stuff the ballot box at the last minute.Much less likely with this new deadline.
