Yes! Judge Koh invites a contempt motion or violation order against the Trump administration's attempt to VIOLATE her order by setting a new Oct. 5th date for ending census operations. Per her order, the #2020Census count should continue thru OCT 31st. https://www.cand.uscourts.gov/lhk 

Judge Koh notes that Census enumerators are being prematurely told that October 5th is the close out date for the census count and is asking us to move quickly in filing our contempt motion. This evening's hearing is a reminder that the Trump administration is NOT above the law.

The Trump administration's lawyer is claiming they need "significant time" to address this issue. It is clear that they want to run the clock -- further undermining efforts to achieve a fair and accurate #2020Census.

The administration claims they are at 99% in almost all states. FALSE The census website reports the following completion rates: AL 93.7% MS 95.5% LA 94.9% FL 97.2% KY 97.6% MT 95.5% OK 97.8% SD 97.5% DC 97.6% There is still MUCH work to be done to achieve a FULL #2020Count
