Yep. Also necessary to purge those we think are dead because they didn't vote in the primary or other elections, even if they are paying taxes. If they are allive, they can re-register. In late November. Right?

Neither do living folk who have done nothing but not vote for the past few elections, even if they are paying taxes, have a license to drive, etc. Purge them all, they can re-register after the election. Right?

Dead people should not vote. People who have moved should vote only in the precinct in which they now reside. "Or Current Resident" should not vote.

Yep, and if you don't know if someone is dead, or may have moved, the right time to puge someone who hasn't voted lately is after they can't get re-registered in time to vote this election. Isn't it.
