Miller County in Arkansas sent out post cards requiring under the “Federal Motor Voter Act” that it be signed and mailed back within 10 days or your registration will be marked inactive. I didn’t return it, but I called to verify whether I was active and the Clerk said yes.

This could confuse people into thinking if they did not return the card, they are no longer active, or if the voter didn’t receive or return the card, Miller could simply declare the voter inactive!
