It is time to end it. Also, recommending a DEMAND be made for ALL police officers/unions carry Malpractice Insurance. Doesn't matter what the cost is. Have the officers/unions pay for it. No passing cost to taxpayers. Let's see what happens then....

Imagine insurance companies potentially having to pay out millions of dollars because of a crooked cops'/police department's malicious actions. You can best believe they'll take every step to screen those bad cops out. Insurance rates would rise for them for any brutality loses.

I could not agree more, Kristen! The militarization of the cops must be reversed! All LE candidates must undergo weeks of psychological testing! And much more education is needed! Murdering cops must be held accountable!
