In late Nov-Dec the USPS is about mailing Christmas presents to your family. How are R’s going to handle that because there’s no way a broken USPS can be put back together that quickly after the election? And if Trump loses, he won’t even try.

The USPS handles far more Christmas cards every year than mail-in ballots. If people send in their ballots ASAP it should be OK.
