Of course it was unjustified. Also his mother died two years ago. He said he was going to die several minutes before any altercation occurs. He is clearly highly intoxicated and combative.
In the body cam footage of #GeorgeFloyd, the video only confirms that his killing was unjustified. In the video, he pleads for cops not to shoot him and notes that he just lost his mother.
