In 2015, 28 yr old #SandraBland is found hanged while in police custody in TX. She was pulled over for a minor traffic violation.

Kristen , the turn signal issue (traffic violation) was created by the Cop : Bland saw the cop car gaining on her and she changed lanes to let the cop pass her-she had no idea he was coming for her -she'd violated no laws . So even the traffic violation issue was a cop created.
